Mercom launched in 1994 to support the growing IT market. Initially we focused on break-fix work in the local Houston area and we soon were working for customers such as HP and IBM, and developed customer partnerships nationwide.
These days Mercom is based in a modern 8,000 ft2 repair facility just outside Houston, Texas. We’ve expanded beyond just repair services and support our customers with asset management, staging and deployment and refurbished equipment. We work with corporations throughout the US and Canada.
The future looks bright for Mercom. We have a growth plan in place and we are moving into different markets. We are constantly monitoring and moving with the advancements in technology, and we continue to develop sophisticated internal systems and practices that will add value for both our customers and our company.

Our Asset Management services simplify your remote hardware support. We can manage and store your spares inventory and ship IT equipment into the field. End users return broken hardware to us and we repair and return it to your inventory, saving you money and resources.
